Berk Cashmere Ltd operates internationally from the United Kingdom. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Payments made using non-UK cards may be converted by the customer's bank or card provider at their prevailing exchange rate. Berk Cashmere does not set, control or advise on exchange rates. The amount displayed at checkout in pounds sterling represents the final transaction value charged by Berk Cashmere.

International Customers

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are sold free of UK VAT.

Where applicable, UK VAT included in our domestic retail price is removed for export. Duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are then calculated separately at checkout as part of our Fully Landed service.

This means international customers pay the appropriate price for their destination, rather than UK VAT in addition to local taxes.

Fully Landed International Orders

All international orders are shipped from the United Kingdom on a Fully Landed basis.

Applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and settled before delivery. The amount shown when you complete your order is therefore the amount you pay, with no additional customs charges on arrival.

We work with a specialist international commerce partner who manages the applicable duties and taxes for each destination and keeps these calculations up to date as regulations change.

Berk Cashmere provides the appropriate export documentation and declares the origin of our products to facilitate customs clearance worldwide.

Delivery

All international orders are delivered by DHL using an insured and tracked service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation together with tracking information.

DHL provides consistently smooth customs clearance for Berk Cashmere worldwide, while our concierge team monitors each shipment from dispatch through to delivery.
