UK Orders

All prices for orders delivered within the United Kingdom include UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing rate.
The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
UK orders are sent fully insured and tracked.

International Orders

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties, local taxes, and any courier handling or clearance fees may be charged by your local customs authority and/or the carrier on arrival. These charges are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders are sent by DHL where available, fully insured and tracked. We provide the necessary export and customs documentation and monitor each shipment through to delivery.
If you pay with a non-UK card, your bank or card provider will convert the GBP transaction at its own exchange rate.
