2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout.
All transactions with Berk Cashmere are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Where a payment is made using a non-UK card, the customer's bank or card provider may convert the transaction into the customer's local currency at its prevailing exchange rate. Berk Cashmere does not set or control these exchange rates or any charges applied by the customer's bank or card provider.
The amount displayed in pounds sterling at checkout represents the final transaction value charged by Berk Cashmere.
Where a promotional offer is available, its terms and any applicable reduction will be shown at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
UK orders are sent using the delivery service specified at checkout. International orders are normally dispatched using our appointed international carrier. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, adverse weather, carrier disruption and local delivery conditions.
All goods are appropriately insured while in transit in accordance with the terms of the relevant delivery service.
International Orders
International orders are supplied on a Fully Landed basis where indicated at checkout.
Applicable duties and taxes are calculated as part of the checkout process and settled before delivery. Where an order is sold on this basis, the amount payable at checkout includes the applicable duties and taxes and no additional customs payment should ordinarily be required on delivery.
Berk Cashmere provides the appropriate export documentation and declares the origin of its products to facilitate customs clearance.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Goods may be returned in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Chargebacks Policy.
Unless an exception applies, goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, with all labels attached and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
Bespoke, personalised and goods made or ordered specifically to a customer's individual requirements cannot normally be returned or cancelled once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Faulty Goods
We take considerable care in the manufacture and inspection of our products.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact Customer Services with details of the issue before returning it.
Where goods are found to be faulty, Berk Cashmere will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending upon the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights.
6. Sizes & Colours
We make every reasonable effort to represent the size and colour of our products accurately.
The appearance of colours can vary between screens and devices. Where available, we are pleased to provide colour information or swatches to assist with your selection.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. If you require assistance with fit, please contact Customer Services before ordering.
7. Ordering
Orders may be placed through www.berkcashmere.co.uk at any time.
Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of an order. A contract for the sale of goods is formed when the order has been accepted and processed by Berk Cashmere.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing, payment, technical or product availability error. Where payment has already been taken, the appropriate refund will be made.
8. Security
Payments made through www.berkcashmere.co.uk are processed using Shopify's secure payment infrastructure and the payment providers made available through our checkout.
Berk Cashmere does not require customers to send payment card details by ordinary email.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information supplied through our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that www.berkcashmere.co.uk remains accurate, secure and available across current browsers and devices.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with obsolete browsers, unusual configurations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Berk Cashmere processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
Information supplied in connection with an order is used where necessary to process payment, fulfil and deliver the order, provide customer service, meet our legal and regulatory obligations and operate our business.

Subscription to Mr. Berk's Journal is free.
Subscribers may receive news from Berk Cashmere, including new products, editorial features, product previews and occasional offers.
Every marketing email provides a means of unsubscribing. Subscribers may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through www.berkcashmere.co.uk are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections available to them under applicable consumer law.
