We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo, Switch, and JCB cards. Apple Pay, Pay Pal and G Pay.
Discounts. The calculation for offers and discounts is the difference between the Price and the Discounted Price.
Please note: all sales are in pounds sterling and are converted by the customer's credit/debit card issuer into their local currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of billing.
Christmas and New Year Deliveries
Orders placed over the Christmas and New Year period will be delivered by the end of the second week of the New Year. We will notify all customers via email with tracking details.
Within U.K. goods are delivered via the Royal Mail on the next working day following dispatch.
Goods are delivered via UPS or Royal Mail/Parcelforce International Scheduled service. Delivery should be made 7 working days after dispatch, although please allow up to 7 working days as transit time will vary according to destination. Please also note there is heightened security between the UK and some countries; your foreign office will hold this information.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures. Customers will be liable to pay for any import duties and taxes levied on consignments within their own countries.
All goods are delivered fully insured against loss or damage.
4.Returns and Exchanges
Returned goods should be dispatched within 14 days of receipt, must be unworn, in the original packaging and with the labels still in place.
They will undergo a quality check and, if found in satisfactory condition, we will credit the full value (excluding delivery charges) back to the nominated credit/debit card or we will exchange the item for another of your choice if you so wish. We do not offer refunds or returns on sale items.
Refunds will be made via secure WorldPay system within 2 working days of satisfactory receipt of goods.
Credits can only be processed back to the card used for payment.
Return delivery charges are the responsability of the sender unless goods are faulty.
Important: please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting for your returned items. Under no circumstances should goods be "Invoiced' back to Berk. They must be sent at nil value.
For international returns: parcels should be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the Custom Declaration Form. Under no circumstances should the goods be invoiced back to Berk they must be sent at nil value. Failure to follow these instructions means that we will incur charges for import duties: we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the returned parcel in the event this should occur or, alternatively, we will debit your account with the amount of the expenses incurred by us.
Please note: returned goods dispatched to us after the 14 days term will only be accepted at our discretion and only for a "store credit".
Please note where goods are 'made to order' i.e. Burlington Slippers or Knitwear in 54" to 60" they cannot be cancelled and may only be returned for defects.
We will make every effort to ensure that all goods will be of satisfactory quality. Should you find this is not the case you should return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging, with the labels still in place, including a description of the alleged defect. Where there is a valid claim we will either replace or repair the goods free of charge, or refund you the full price if you so wish.
All purchases of goods from our website are governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the jurusdiction of the English courts.
6. Sizes and Colours
Whilst we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, we are happy to send colour swatches to verify reproduction on the website is an exact match with the item sent.
All sizes quoted are approximate.
You can order online at any time: orders will be processed during working days (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17.30, Saturday 09:30 to 17:30, excluding U.K. public holidays)
Berk payments are processed by Shopify secure servers. This system employs encryption and firewalling for maximum security and protection against fraud and hackers.
Orders created at Nil value when the site is on test or at the shipping cost will not be transacted.

9.Browser Requirements and Settings
Berkcashmere.co.uk has been designed and built according to current practices and the GDPR, PCI DSS, and SSL guidelines. We have undertaken functionality, cross-browser and accessibility testing for the current range of browsers. We also expect the site to be functional in older versions of the available browsers. However we do not accept responsibility for the site’s functionality in older versions of browsers or custom setups on private computers.
10. Data and Data Protection.
In consideration of your tacit agreement Berk Cashmere will preserve such as private, confidential and secret and will not to use such data, information other than for offers relating to Berk Cashmere Ltd internet sales and mailings of our Newsletter Mr. Berk.
