Delivery & Tracking
All Berk Cashmere orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Production & Dispatch
Each Berk garment is finished to order. Please allow up to five working days for completion before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation together with the relevant tracking information.
Where an item has a different production or fulfilment time, such as bespoke slippers or selected John Smedley knitwear, we may send your order separately so that available items are not unnecessarily delayed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: up to 3 working days
- European Union: up to 5 working days
- United States: up to 5 working days
- Rest of World: up to 10 working days
These are delivery estimates and may vary according to destination and local conditions.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using an insured and tracked service through DHL or Royal Mail.
We can deliver to your home or place of work.
International Delivery
International orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using an insured and tracked service through DHL or Royal Mail.
The final price, including delivery and any applicable duties and taxes, is calculated at checkout in pounds sterling (GBP).
Fully Landed International Orders
International orders are supplied on a Fully Landed basis.
Applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and settled before delivery. The amount shown when you complete your order is therefore the amount you pay, with no additional customs charges on arrival.
We work with a specialist international commerce partner who manages the applicable duties and taxes for each destination and keeps these calculations up to date as regulations change.
Berk Cashmere provides the appropriate export documentation and declares the origin of our products to facilitate customs clearance.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit and can be tracked throughout their journey.
International deliveries are monitored by our concierge team from dispatch through to arrival.
Complimentary Delivery
Complimentary delivery is available where indicated on the website or as part of selected offers.
Orders qualifying for complimentary delivery are sent using an appropriate tracked service through Royal Mail or DHL.
