Delivery Tracking

We are able to deliver as normal in the UK, EU, USA and the Rest of the World. Please note your delivery will be tracked at every stage so you will have total visibility. UK 7 days maximum guaranteed. EU 14 days maximum guaranteed, USA 20 days guaranteed, ROW 30 days guaranteed. 

Important: Customers will be liable to pay for any import duties and taxes levied on consignments within their own countries.

In the event that an item is out of stock or if items have different fulfilment times i.e bespoke shoes and John Smedley. We will ship part ship your order in two deliveries.

U.K. Delivery

Flat Fee. £10.00 Insured, Tracked and Signed For via Royal Mail.

Within U.K. goods are finished to order dispatched in 3 to 5 working days and delivered via the Royal Mail or UPS. All deliveries are sent Tracked and Signed For. We can deliver to your place of work.

International Delivery 

Flat Fee. £20.00 Insured, Tracked and Signed For via Royal Mail.

Special Delivery On Request

Goods are finished to order and dispatched in 7 to 10 working days and delivered via UPS or Royal Mail/Parcelforce International Scheduled service. Delivery should be made within 7 working days (UK) after dispatch, although please allow up to 14 working days (EU, RoW) as transit time will vary according to destination. We will send tracking details. We can deliver to your place of work. 

Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures. Customers will be liable to pay for any import duties and taxes levied on consignments within their own countries.
